Three or more reference letters or a University Placement File: Only references who can assess your professional expertise and experience should be used. Mail each form to the reference with a stamped envelope addressed to the Bonham ISD Human Resources Department. Each reference will then mail the completed information to this office. Please include your name and the position for which you are applying on each form before giving it to the designated references. Reference forms can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
Copy of valid teacher certificate (Texas or out-of-state). If you have not yet received your certificate, please enclose a letter of completion from your college/university indicating that you have been recommended to SBEC for a certificate. If you have been accepted in an alternative certification program, please enclose acceptance letter from the alternative cerification program in which you are enrolled.
Transcript(s) of courses completed, indicating degree(s) conferred, if any. If you are a recent graduate and unable to secure a transcript verifying the degree conferred, your most recent transcript may be enclosed with your application.
Completed SSA-1945, Statement Concerning Your Employment in a Job Not Covered by Social Security (Available for download in the section located at the bottom of this page)
