Kelly Trompler graduated from Bonham High School and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from East Texas State University in 1994. She received a Master of Educational Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2008. Trompler has been in education for a total of 19 years with BISD. Those years include 7 years teaching, 7 years as Instructional Technologist, 2 years as Assistant Principal, 2 years as Elementary Curriculum Director, and now serving her second year as Assistant Superintendent. Trompler's responsibilities include curriculum, Human Resources, Bilingual/ESL Coordinator, and District Testing Coordinator. She married Kevin in 1994, and they have two children, Kade (15) and Kylee (8).
Dr. Faith-Ann Cheek became the Assistant Superintendent of Student Services and Curriculum in June 2014. Dr. Cheek was the Principal at I.W. Evans Intermediate for the 2013-2014 school year. Dr. Cheek received her Bachelor's degree from Eastern Connecticut State and in 2011 earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership Management and Policy from Seton Hall University. She came to Bonham in 2013 from Palm Beach County Florida where she was the Director of Charter Schools. Prior to her role as Director, she was a campus Principal for 10 years and an Assistant Principal for 6 years. Faith-Ann is married to Clint and they have three children, Amy (12), Abilene (4), and Jack (3).
