Cut, Copy and Paste
*Cut will copy the text/graphic and simultaneously remove it from its original place.
CUT Commands:
Highlight portion you want to cut.
Then either 1) click the SCISSORS icon ![]()
2)
from the EDIT menu, choose CUT
3)
CTRL + X
4)
RIGHT CLICK and choose CUT
*Copy will make a duplicate of the text/graphic selected.
COPY Commands:
Highlight portion you want to copy.
Then either 1) click the DUPLICATED PAPERS icon ![]()
2)
from the EDIT menu, choose COPY
3)
CTRL + C
4)
RIGHT CLICK and choose COPY
*Paste inserts the cut or copied
text/graphic where the cursor is placed.
PASTE Commands:
Insert cursor where you want to paste.
Then either 1) click the CLIPBOARD W/ PAPER icon ![]()
2)
from the EDIT menu, choose PASTE
3)
CTRL + V
4)
RIGHT CLICK and choose PASTE
