Uploading Grades to the Office

PRINTING GRADE REPORTS (for office and one for the teacher)
Open the class from which you want to print the report

• Click the Open Style buttonyou only have to select this type the first time; 'auditprt' will remain the print style until changed 
               -Select “Auditrpt.sty” from folder
               -Click OK

• Go to Report Menu
               -Click Group Report
          o Make sure correct assignment numbers are filled in
               -Click Print
               -Click OK

**Print grade reports for each class.

 

UPLOADING GRADES
With the class open -
          o In the assignment window, check to see what the next assignment number will be (the first assignment for the next six weeks)

• Go to Class Menu
               -Select Grading Periods
               -Type the starting assignment # for the next grading period
               -Click OK

• Go to File Menu
               -Select Export Term Marks
               -Place a check next to grading period to send (uncheck others)
                    -at the end of 1st semester, check 3rd Six Weeks and 1st Term Grade
                    -at the end of 2nd semester, check 6th Six Weeks, 2nd Term Grade and Year End Final Grade

               -Select comments from the correct grading period drop down menu
           o Make sure the path at the bottom of this box is: F:\ECLASS\your folder #\ #.trm
               -Click OK
               -SAVE CLASS
               -CLOSE ALL

**Perform the above steps for each class.

 


CHANGE SCREEN PREFERENCES (to the next six weeks)

• Go to Style Menu
               -Select Screen Prefs
               -With the grading period bullet selected, choose the next six weeks from the drop down menu

**Changing screen preferences just has to be done in one class and will carry over to the others.

**When you close out of e-Class after changing Screen Prefs, click YES to the message that will appear stating your style file has changed – do you want to save changes.
