Views within a Document...and How to Change Views
There are several ways to view a document in
its window.
Normal View – the separation
of pages in the document is represented by dotted lines. Great for text only;
graphics will NOT show in this view.
Web View – the document
is displayed as if it were being viewed in an Internet browser (this would
be helpful when creating a web page in Word).
Print Layout View – the
document appears on separate pages, just as it will when printed.
Outline View – Word turns
the document into outline form using Styles to determine heading levels and
body text. When this view is used, the Outlining Toolbar will be displayed.
