Bonham ISD Appoints Kelly Trompler as Interim Superintendent effective December 20th
Bonham ISD is proud to announce Kelly Trompler as our new Interim Superintendent beginning December 20th, 2018. As Trompler takes on her new role she aims to continue her goals of improving student achievement and ensuring that Bonham ISD places a ‘Life-Changer’ in every classroom. Trompler is a Bonham, Texas native graduating from Bonham High School in 1990. She received her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from East Texas State University in Commerce, TX. She continued her education at Southeastern Oklahoma State University by receiving her Master’s in Educational Administration.
Trompler has been an employee for Bonham ISD since receiving her Bachelor’s in 1994. She began as a teacher in the classroom teaching 3rd, 4th, and 7th grades on the I.W. Evans, Bailey Inglish, and L.H. Rather campuses. She continued her career for Bonham as an Instructional Technologist from August 2001 to June 2008. In July 2008 Trompler held an Assistant Principal position at Finley-Oates until June 2010. In July of the same year, she became the Elementary Curriculum and Federal Programs Director until October 2012 when she became the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services for Bonham ISD.
